The integrated air separator utilizes cyclonic principles to remove 98% of entrained gases before they reach the impeller eye. Key design features include a dynamically balanced composite rotor, gold-plated electrical contacts, and a vent valve rated for 100,000 actuation cycles. Fluid compatibility restrictions include pH range 6-9, maximum chloride concentration 150ppm, and complete avoidance of flammable liquids per EN 60335-2-51 safety standards. Installation manuals specify minimum pipe diameters (DN20 upstream, DN15 downstream) to maintain proper flow velocities for effective air removal.
