Product Description
Engineered for sealed circuit applications, these circulators combine hermetic motor technology with intelligent air management capabilities. The multi-component design features a laser-balanced composite impeller, ferrite rotor magnets, and a venturi-assisted air extraction port that maintains system purity without manual intervention. Liquid-lubricated graphite bearings ensure silent operation (<35dB) while accommodating temperature extremes from 2°C to 95°C continuous duty. Material compatibility charts restrict use to non-oxidizing fluids with chlorine content <50ppm and total dissolved solids <250mg/L. Particular attention must be given to avoiding fluid mixtures that may precipitate solids or cause galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals in the flow path. Explosion-proof certification is notably absent, prohibiting installation in areas classified for flammable vapor presence.
